ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Products ordered in the online store "Hugo Manuel" will be shipped Monday through Friday on business days.
We can only guarantee a good delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is well indicated.
To make your purchases you have several options:
Online Ordering
Simply add the product to the shopping cart and follow the steps that are presented to you. You will be asked for your personal data, payment and delivery methods.
Orders by E-mail
You can send an order to the e-mail marketing@hugomanuelshoes.com or geral@hugomanuelshoes.com , always indicating the name, phone number, e-mail, address and reference of the product and size, to be contacted and finalize the purchase.
Telephone Orders
If you prefer to place your order by phone, taking your questions quickly, it is also possible.

Pick Up or Purchase in Store
If the client intends to pick up in store there will be no shipping costs. As soon as your order is ready the customer will be informed and will have a period of 10 working days for pick up.

The order will only be processed once the amount of your order has been received in our bank account.
For purchases outside the EU, customs duties and/or fees or taxes may be charged by the destination country.
In periods of sales or special campaigns or promotions, delivery times may change.
You should bear in mind that shipments are managed by a third party, and may be delayed due to payment authorizations or weather conditions, strikes, etc.
All orders placed during vacations from our warehouse may suffer a delay in delivery times.
Discount Coupons
