RETURNS
If you want to return any product you ordered, you have up to 15 days after delivery of your order.
You can return products using our RETURNS FORM (click here).
We remind you that the return of an order or an item does not include the return of the shipping costs.

REFUND
The refund will be made in the same method that you made the purchase. The time will always depend on your bank entity.
The product to be delivered must be in its original packaging and in the condition it was delivered and must be sent with an invoice.
You can also choose to receive a voucher to use on a future purchase.
The amount refunded is only for the value of the returned items and does not include shipping costs.
Hugo Manuel does not accept returns sent through COD.
Returns will be accepted under the following terms:
- Products cannot show signs of having been used;
- The products must be with their original characteristics;
- The products must be complete with all the elements that compose it (e.g. both items of a pair of shoes, boxes, among other elements that are inside the shipping box or the box of the products).
- An original package must not be damaged;
- Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use will not be accepted.

5. We receive your exchange request and will contact you by email or phone.
Remember that Hupa Shoes does not return the shipping costs, these are borne by the customer.
